There are 4 siblings, Mia, Jake, Laura, and Tom. Mia is not the tallest Jake is shorter than Tom. Tom is shorter than Mia but taller than one person. Laura is taller than two people. Who is the tallest?

Off the bat, we know Mia is not the tallest, and Jake is shorter than Tom, so Jake isn't the tallest either. That leaves Tom and Laura. Tom says he is shorter than Mia. So he is not the tallest either, and that leaves Laura. Laura must be the tallest.

If Laura is the tallest, shouldn't she then be taller than three people rather than just two as stated? You could just leave out the statement about Laura since by elimination she must be the tallest.
