The answer is 10% because 1+2+3+4=10 and there is only one blue marble. So 1/10=10%.

It's basically like the color marble that has two of them has a 20% chance the one with only one marble of a color has a 10% chance of getting picked because there are ten marbles in the bag.

(#of blue balls=1)/(#of balls=1+2+3+4=10)

= 1 10 \frac{1}{10}

=0.1

=10%

By the way, this was too easy.
