Four vertices of a square lies on the two lines above with each line contains two vertices. Find the area of the square.

The Two lines are parallel , choose the point (0,2) which lies on the first line as one vertix , the( vertical) distance of This point from the second line = 22 2 3 + 1 \frac{22 -2}{ \sqrt{3+ 1}} = 10 = length of square.

Area = 100
