2 n 2 4 3 = 10 n = 1 \begin{vmatrix} 2 & n-2 \\ 4 & 3\\ \end{vmatrix} = 10 \implies n=1

2 n 2 4 3 = 10 n = 6 \begin{vmatrix} 2 & n-2\\ 4 & 3 \\ \end{vmatrix} = -10 \implies n=6

6 + 1 = 7 6+1 = \boxed{7}

Yep! The exact solution! Thanks @Alan Yan :D
