Let amount cut by the first, second and third team be x, y and z respectively. x+z=2y (1) y+z=3x (2) Subtracting eq. (2) from (1) x-y=2y-3x => 4x=3y (3) => y=(4/3) x Using eq. (3) and (1) x+z=(8/3) x => z=(5/3)*x Hence, z>y>x

Take first team as a a , second team as b b and third team as c c Take one fold as x x

a + c = 2 x a + c = 2x

b + c = 3 x b + c = 3x

a + c c b = x a + c - c - b = -x

b + c c a = x b + c - c - a = x

b b is bigger than a a

If b > a b > a and a + c < b + c a + c < b + c and b a = x b - a = x

And if a + c = 2 x a + c = 2x and b + c = 3 x b + c = 3x

Then, c > b > a c > b > a
