It's called a look-and-say sequence :)

The rule is:

you have to write the no. of times a digit is repeated continuously in the previous no. and also the digit

So, 0 here is repeated once so the next no. will be 10.

1 is the no. of times 0 is repeated and then writing the digit itself which is repeated i.e. 0.

Similarly in 10. One is repeated once and then 0 also is repeated once so 1110

Again in 1110 the first 1 is repeated continuously 3 times so the next no. in series is 3110

then 3110, 3 is repeated once and one is repeated twice and 0 is repeated once. So 132110..........

Now 1 is repeated once, 3 is also repeated once, 2 is also once and the 1 again is repeated twice and then 0 is repeated once

The next no. is 1113122110..........
