Working is fun

A job, $x$ can finish it by his self for 20 days while $y$ only need 12 days. $x$ did the job first for $m$ days, then $y$ will finish the the job after $x$ did a portion. The whole job took 14 days to finish. So, find $m$ . Happy Solving :)!
