Let $b$ be a bit (either 0 or 1) and x and y be any integers.

b XOR b = 0 $\implies$ x XOR y = 0 when x=y, therefore $\color{grey}{2016}$ $\color{#BBBBBB}{XOR}$ $\color{grey}{2016}$ $\color{grey}{=}$ $\color{grey}{0}$ :)
