Firstly Xe is 18th group element so it has 8 electron in last orbit(complete octate)
Our of which 4 electrons are used in binding with 4 F which leaves two line pairs with Xe
Hybridization = no. Of bond +no. Of lone pair = 4+2 =6
So hybridization is sp3d2 So geometry will be square bipyramidal
But line pair repulsion should be minimum so we put lone pair at extreme ends i.e. on corner of both pyramid
While considering final structure we unseen the lone pair so what we can see is simple square plane
