The answer is Monday, because yesterday of Monday is Sunday. If Sunday = Tomorrow, the day before it would be today, or Saturday.

It is also possible to understand "if yesterday was tomorrow" as "if yesterday had been (theoretically) the day that comes tomorrow (actually)". In this case, the answer is Thursday because yesterday would have been the day that comes after Thursday, which is Friday and then, today would have been Saturday.

However, it isn't possible to rewrite the statement without making it an excessive description, so I guess you can leave it like this. It's a logic question!
