Yet Another Hat Problem

The king trapped another three tourists, and gave them the guidelines as follows. "You see here I have three red hats and two blue hats. I am going to blindfold you and put a hat of one color on you. I will then line you up and take off the blindfolds, so that the last person in line can see the first two and the second can see the first and the first can see nobody. One tourist needs to guess the color of his hat and be correct. If you communicate, or get it wrong, I will have all of you executed. You have thirty minutes."

After some time where nothing happened, one tourist told the king the color of his hat, and was correct.

Assumptions and Guidelines Answer a number if the tourist is 100% sure he is right. 3 is the last person in line, and 1 is the front. Assume that everything that could have been figured is figured.
