We have at the unit digit, T*4 = xP, so P is even. But at the ten thousand digit, P*4(+)=T, so P = 2.

P=2 so T could be 8,9; but T*4 = xP so T = 8. That leads to Q*4 < 10, and because P is already 2 so Q = 1.

We have S*4+3 = x1, so S = 2,7; but P is already 2 so S = 7.

And last, we have R*4+3 = 3R, so R = 9.

Therefore PQRST = 21978
