As, 1 + 3 + 5 = 9 1+3+5=9

However we formed the digits 1, 3 and 5 to make 3-digit numbers. The numbers will be a multiple of 3. So, the answer is 0. :)

The answer is 0. All permutations of 1, 3 and 5 are multiples of 3.
