Saturn is made up of mostly hydrogen and helium which are much less dense than water. Whether something floats or sinks in a fluid is NOT dependent on its mass but its density relative to the fluid.

What about the gravitational forces envolved between a huge mass of water (probably bigger in size than Saturn) and and heavier than saturn because of its density... Wouldn't it colapse/spill or cover up the sphere of water?

the thing which will float on water depends on its density....saturn density is quite less because it has a very less mass in a very large volume....i read that on nasa's site
