1: Considering fractional parts, and the bases too

Things noted:
For integer c=0, y→∞liminfx→c−limλ(c,y)=c1+1, while y→∞liminfλ(c,y)=1.
An interesting fractal-esque relation appears when graphing λ(k,x) for a given k, especially farther down the x axis.
