A doubt regarding NTSE!!!

Is the above link the right link of this year's NTSE application form.This year's NTSE exam will be which year's, I mean it will be NTSE 2013 or NTSE 2014? If someone has got this year's NTSE application form, then please give the link here.Another question,are the forms alike for every state for the first round? Thanks.
