A Fine Algebra Problem

I do not know which method to use to solve these types of questions

If the equation $ax^2 -bx +c$ has distinct roots in the interval (0,1) where $a,b,c$ are natural numbers, then find the wrong statement:

\[\text{1) The minimum value of a must be 4

2) The minimum value of a must be 5

3) The minimum value of b must be 5

4) The minimum value of abc must be 25\}\]

Any ideas guys?
