A purposeful thought

15-February-2015 : I was wandering here and there for answers to some question. Finally I got the answer, you know where ? inside my mind, and my conscience ! Sharing a few of them :

Why purpose ? : Everything happens for a purpose. However, it is damn true that everything is just an illusion from one perspective. But still for our existence, we've to take something as a purpose and then work with that, live for that and die for that. There is no meaning of a life without purpose and the truth of the matter is that you can't survive without it even if you want to. May be its Because "Having a purpose" is by default.

Feeling bored, lonely, facing strange kind of sadness ? : Contentment destroys creativity and as a consequences of that our life starts getting bored and less adventurous, and less joyful. There is no final destination. We always have got to move on ........move on for the next destination.........move on to face the new experiences........move on to learn something new.........move on to become more intellectual and for more betterment.

Some stupid questions ? : Almost everyone in the whole world faces the moment in life when he/she is compelled to think what life is all about, what does it demand from us and what we want from us, what I'm meant for ??? And only a few people are able to find the answers of these stupid questions. Because of the simple reason that these are not your school-related, subject-related or homework question that you can know their answers by reading from some book or you can ask the answers to your teachers. Because these are your questions, your stuffs and no one else except you has got the ability to give you the right answers.

The thing is that you can get the answers of these question through your actions, through your daily routine and most importantly when you start living your life for some purpose.

Purpose of everything ?: To make you more sensitive, mature, intellectual and more useful is the ultimate purpose behind every action you do, every idea you think about, every feeling you have, every hard time you've to pass through, every situation you've to face to.

To know more, go for my set A little bit of my Philosophy of life. Please re-share the set.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

"Contentment destroys creativity" - Sandeep Bhardwaj sir

It's quite true sir , before joining Brilliant I was quite satisfied with myself since I used to get good marks at school .But after joining this community , I have learnt so much (and hope to do so in the future) which have resulted in increase in my problem solving efficiency and different methods come into my mind when I see questions .

I regret joining Briliant quite late but don't they say "Better Late than Never" ¨\ddot\smile

This year,I'm going to face PT3 which requires high order thinking skill but yeah I did those questions before and having difficulty solving such bizarre questions.Even science also changed it's format into harder and even advanced level.Example, the elephant sprays it's body with water, explain it using the theory of matter.

Thanks Sandeep Bhardwaj for giving a brilliant speech for all of us.I just realized my small my world can be without this community such as frog that lives inside the well.If I don't join this community, will I be able to overcome my test confidently? Will I able to get such highly thinking skill?Never,I might be able to think it at fixed distance and stop there forever. It is because of this community that trains my brain to function even harder and think it even deeper, further, mature.I have lost all my will when I got B in math previous year which I never expected myself to get such lowly and this result made me disappoint.Looking down on myself,as the failure odor arose and made myself worthless. My future seems hazy and foggy all the time without the right guidelines but I know that I have a glimmer of hope after I realized this community.Honestly, even level 3 geometry quite enough to make my brain function so hard to search for every single possibility.
