A request for peer review

This is a level 5 number theory problem that I wrote a solution for way back in the day but still it has no upvotes or comments ...most probably very few people have looked at the problem...So it would be immensely helpful for me if any of you do a peer review of my solution after solving this problem...Thanks in advance :)
