These days, people have a general feeling that India=superstition ONLY. Ancient Indians were much more technologically advanced than one can ever imagine. The link I have provided was very impressive. It was amazing to realize that our ancestors had the wealth of knowledge of complex things like stars, shape of the earth, and what not!
