Brilliant proved to be a boost for me by increasing my skills specially in Physics and Maths . And I tried my best to increase the Level of Chemistry in Brilliant and also increase its popularity . I hope you will like the questions . You may find them here.

I have learnt that many of you have numerous questions for me which you want to be answered. So Here is my Message Message Board Board . Feel free to ask me anything , you can even ask me questions not related to study :P.... I will be glad to answer them too!! You can even chat with me here :)

  Easy Math Editor

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

The solutions to problems............. Actually , I can't really define the thought process .... You will automatically experience those thoughts , they just come... .

Aniket Sanghi - 3 years, 9 months ago

Hi Aniket! I am not very confident about my maths. In almost every test it is maths that pulls me down. During exam hours i just cannot solve the lengthy problems. I am pretty desperate. Some tips and tricks would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Anyone please tell why you chose to study in classroom program of fiitjee rather than joining pinnacle.I have to give fiitjee my decision before 28th September so plz be quick

Abhyuday Singh - 3 years, 9 months ago

JEE is closely related to the CBSE syllabus and NCERT books, so classroom programme is actually beneficial.

A Former Brilliant Member - 3 years, 9 months ago

I have heard that pinnacle packages are made keeping in mind that student studies for boards from this book and they are made nearly similar to ncert books. Also what do you feel about the amount of time you get for self studies because surely pinnacle students get lot of time for self study

Abhyuday Singh - 3 years, 9 months ago

Thank you for your suggestion

Abhyuday Singh - 3 years, 9 months ago

Actually you can take any path , both are beneficial , CRP has a tougher competition than Pinnacle. In past CRP has been giving more ranks than Pinnacle.. Still I guess Pinnacle is better

Aniket Sanghi - 3 years, 9 months ago

This year most of our crp rankers are joining pinnacle that's why I asked this.Anyway thanks for your suggestion

Only one part test is remaining now in my coaching. After that, mammoth full tests. Can you please give some tips for a very efficient revision way for the full tests? I may get only 7 days to prepare for each. Also, how can I cover up my few backlog topics, given I have to prepare all topics? ( I have made mmr for almost all topics but they aren't sufficient, few things still get left out)..

Nihar Mahajan - 3 years, 6 months ago

How to increase concentration level? I tend to lose focus during last moments of test.

Harsh Shrivastava - 3 years, 9 months ago

Keep the craze to complete the whole , or at least attempt the full paper to your satisfaction ..... I guess then you will get no time to think that you are losing concentration....

Aniket Sanghi - 3 years, 9 months ago

I have the same tendency. Lose 5% marks of total marks due to these silly errors. BTW which book did you solve for Maths apart from FIITJEE packages?

Rafe Moin - 3 years, 9 months ago

I read in one of your notes that you used cengage books. Where you able to complete all of them considering the huge content in those books ?

A Former Brilliant Member - 3 years, 9 months ago

I was able to complete almost 80 to 90% of the chapters..... (I didn't do Coordinates Geometry as at that time I waant knowing abt Cengage and Algebra Also half done ) , phy I completed almost all

Aniket Sanghi - 3 years, 9 months ago

Is cengage organic chemistry useful as I saw it contains a lot of out of syllabus stuff.

A Former Brilliant Member - 3 years, 9 months ago

@A Former Brilliant Member Even In Inorganic Too. Cengage goes beyond the borders of the syllabus.

Rafe Moin - 3 years, 9 months ago

@Rafe Moin I only find physics and maths worth reading...

A Former Brilliant Member - 3 years, 9 months ago

@A Former Brilliant Member Personally I find Physical Cengage and N.Avasthi the best combo. V.K. Jaiswal and N.C.E.R.T for Inorganic. No Idea about Organic as we have not started it yet.

Rafe Moin - 3 years, 9 months ago

@Rafe Moin We studying physical now ( electrochem.) I use RC mukherjee .For inorganic I don't think I even have the interest to read anything beyond NCERT.

A Former Brilliant Member - 3 years, 9 months ago

@A Former Brilliant Member Same here NCERT IS God Book

Rafe Moin - 3 years, 9 months ago

@Rafe Moin I refer OP Tandon and sometimes JD Lee for inorganic. Ofc NCERT is the Bible..

Nihar Mahajan - 3 years, 9 months ago

@A Former Brilliant Member Do you do the archives also?

Rafe Moin - 3 years, 9 months ago

@Rafe Moin I never prefer Cengage for Inorganic , it's just waste of time

Aniket Sanghi - 3 years, 9 months ago

@A Former Brilliant Member It depends on just interest , I did owing to interest , it will surely benefit u in AITS but I can't say abt JEE

Aniket Sanghi - 3 years, 9 months ago

What would be your views on the FIITJEE AiTS ? Is their difficulty overrated by the seniors at my centre ? P.S. I am a 2019 Aspirant.
