I have activated the CMC tag, and you should be able to subscribe to it now.
Astute observation. When one adds a new tag, it needs to be submitted to Brilliant.org for review first. I'll notify everyone when the tag is approved.
People in your timezone will have an obvious advantage. I don't know how you could fix that though..
