This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science
related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should
explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments
should further the discussion of math and science.
When posting on Brilliant:
Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Everyone and everything IS going through time dilation, BUT its all relative... Relative to another human, we are not, but relative to someone or something else, we might indeed be! Its all Relative!!
If you see Einsten postulate that light has ultimate speed no one can pass . the can consider a train moving with 99.99% speed of light If a man inside it runs . From ground frame the the speed of light is is increase so nature itself prevent it you know that Speed=distance\time . so distance is constant but the speed is increasing certain limit so time slow to prevent it as distance is constant and speed is inversely proportional to time . this is my own proof , it may have some mistakes
The velocity that the Earth moves is 67,062 mph.
The velocity that the Sun moves is 506250 mph. (or 225 km/s)
The velocity that the Milky Way Galaxy moves is 1417500 mph. (or 630 km/s)
We also have to calculate the vectors that they are moving in.
The twins paradox is somewhat related. If I were to move at .99c and you were to stay home, I'd experience dilation and you wouldn't. However due to my movement being relative you'd claim I was stationary and you were moving hence you'd experience dilation. We can only really work through this by dealing with the inertial reference frame, likely based on our light cone.

But do these atoms move at a very high velocity?
