Are you ready for a Chemistry Section?

We can now post problems and notes, and even search for them. Then, we have some users who wrote great chemistry notes, they are Anish Puthuraya, Vishnuram Leonardodavinci, Gabriel Merces, Nicole Ling and Daniel Lim. I made a note to collect their notes(because that time we don't have the search feature). You can check it out here. If more users participate in this project, the Chemistry Section will come true!

To support, you can:

Solve chemistry problems. Just enter "chemistry" in the search bar and you can find many chemistry problems. Don't be afraid if you don't know anything on Chemistry, the problems from the users I mentioned above are based on their notes, so you may refer to it before solving the problem.

Share a note or a problem. You don't have to share advanced notes. As the chemistry section is just getting started, a basic note will do. However, advanced notes are welcome too! Then, post some interesting problem based on your note.

EDIT: Lakshan Dumpa also post many problems on chemistry!

  Easy Math Editor

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

I'm definitely in support of a chemistry section. It's one of my favorite subjects in school. I'm going to begin releasing Chemistry problems soon.
