I had submitted the request for brilliant level 3 lanyard from the old Points Exchange. The request was submitted in January and I have still not received the lanyard.
In another post one of the members, already stated that users who have submitted the request for brilliant level 1,2,3 lanyards will surely get the lanyard although after the introduction of new Points Exchange.
May the brilliant community look into the matter.
Yes, me too. I have already submitted the request for brilliant level 5 T-Shirt when it's still 16,000 lifetime points since the beginning of April but haven't received it yet. I tried to ask it via e-mail to bradan@brilliant.org, the Director of Prizes and Scholarships of Brilliant.org, but haven't got any answers yet. I hope, the admin of Brilliant.org will see this post and send the T-Shirt as quick as possible to me.
I also tried to claim the level 2 and level 3 lanyards before Brilliant.org made the lanyards accessible only to students that are level 4 and up, but I haven't received it yet. I thought that it's just because of the long time needed to deliver the lanyards to my location, but now I'm not so sure. I just want to know more information about the status of the lanyards.

i have checked on Google there are lanyards for all level and i have claimed for yellow one(level 3)
will i get my yellow lanyard
