Sir, It is really great to see that there are people like you. People who try to help out others without expecting anything in return and without the other person even asking. Hat's off to you.
As the author has mentioned. I'm sure that everyone will help each other out.

I Have A Great Interest In Mathematics (Especially Algebra And Geometry) And Chemistry(Organic Chemistry) And Mechanics. Please guide me how to begin with the preparation and the points to be kept in mind.but there is a big hurdle in between too. i have Qualified for the final stage of the NTSE(National Talent Search Exam) by NCERT that is scheduled on 10th May.so for that i need to study Full Class 9 and 10 syllabus of Physics,Chemistry,Biology,social science,mathematics,mental ability and english. so untill may 10 i will not be able to focus fully on jee preparation.kindly help that what should i do in these 40 days

Focus on your 9th and 10th till May 10 and after that you can freely start yourself preparing for JEE. And for JEE, you should follow the pattern of your institute, that will be the best for you. Believe in yourself and go ahead.
All the best !
@Prakhar Bindal
Sir what is the ideal timetable for a student aiming for ntse ?? I tend to have some trouble following regular studies .
@ sandeep Bhardwaj, I have gone through "A little bit of my Philosophy of life" It was really inspiring for me as now I am going through similar situation. Now I am in the final semester of M.Tech and doing Internship in well known semiconductor MNC. But my real passion is to teach and learn mathematics, I love to be with the students, inspire them, guide them. Though I got offer from company to join them I preferred teaching over it. I had to answer many people including my friends and parents for this decision, but I dare to follow my dream. I have also appeared in the recruitment process of some very good institutes of India but not able to clear the final demo round, may be duo to lack of IIT JEE taching practice. Can you please provide me some guidance regarding what care I should take while doing practice of demo lecture. I am also practicing well with subject so that I can widen my knowledge. Thanks in advance :-).
Log in to reply
Some points you can keep in your mind during the demo lecture are :
Take care of your audio and video effects. I mean to say is that tuning of your voice should be neat and clear and that much loud that everyone sitting in the class can listen to you properly. And should take care of your position while writing on the board so that everyone in the class is able to see the blackboard stuffs clearly.
Always try to have an Eye contact with the class you're teaching.
State everything clearly what you're teaching. First prepare the content for the class and then go for teaching.
Try to make full use of the board, write straight and clean on the board.
And when you're practicing the demo lecture, try to figure out at what you're lacking and then improve during the practice. All the best. @Bhargav Upadhyay

Sir , you have been and will continue to be a source of great inspiration to all of us here on B'ant , I sincerely thank you for that :)
I have seen that you are the Director of a Coaching Institute and must definitely be a very busy man , but even so you take out time to post questions and help out people here . Not only that , you also exercise , play sports among the various other activities that you indulge in .
Are 24 hours sufficient for you to do what you do , sir ?
How do you manage to do all that you do in just 24 hours ,sir ? If you were asked to suggest some methods to utilise your time effectively , what would you suggest, sir ?
If you can spare me some time from your schedule and answer these questions , it'll mean a lot for me and the others too sir !
Thanks :D

Hello sir, I am currently studying in class 11 and a jee aspirant. Sir can you please suggest me a good book for studying and practicing GEOMETRY for RMO ??]
This year, I am not fully prepared for JEE and also not done well in 12th boards....So, should I take a drop this year for JEE as well as 12th boards ?? Is it worth it??Please help me....I am very scared about my life and confused a lot
Log in to reply
I would say you shouldn't hesitate in taking a drop this year. Because from my point of view, this year is a boon for the students as you can focus completely on gaining knowledge, i.e. no extra pressure on mind about the 12th board exams.
I also dropped for one year. However, I was unable to clear IIT-JEE, but I never had any regret about my that decision of taking a drop for one year. Because that year gave me a lot of experiences, a vast knowledge.
So my recommendation for you is to take a drop. Don't be scared about it. It is gonna be awesome. Have a wonderful year. All the best. @Vighnesh Raut

sir i m in class 10(going to 11).how should i start with rmo preparation
Log in to reply
For me, RMO was more of a learning experience than anything else. It is not like your average test. There are two schools of thought on how to prepare for RMO. The first one is to read as many books as possible and gain a lot of knowledge, do problems etc. The second one is to sharpen your skills of problem solving, rather than studying complicated stuff. I prefer the latter, as it helped me clear RMO twice. Since you are in class 11, this will be your last RMO. I suggest you do both studying and problem solving. Be very strong in your basics, even in INMO, there was a problem that could be solved by simple AM-GM. I'll suggest a book, you can read that. I guess others will suggest their own:
1.Art and craft of problem solving by Paul Zeitz (get ebook)
2.Problem solving strategies by Arthur Engel
3.A whole lot of books by Titu Andreescu
You should focus on gaining the rigorous knowledge of Mathematics, take help from wherever you can. Take a decision, go ahead and just do it. All the best.
I'm mentioning some guys here who can help you. @Rithik Sharma
Guys, @Aditya Raut @Ronak Agarwal @Satvik Golechha @Krishna Ar and anyone else who can, Please help Mr. Rithik Sharma.
Thanks.

Hi! All brilliant members I have recently given 10th board exams. I have joined FIITJEE . What must I do excel in physics?which book I must use? What I must do to improve my rank? My tution is from 9am to 5pm. What time table I must follow? I have joined the test series of resonance also.
Sandeep sir , i have a small problem regarding my present life in my holidays . When my holidays started , I had an idea to read a book on trigonometry and learn the basics of trigonometry. However, I was distracted by certain video games and I started playing it . Due to this distraction, I wasn't able to concentrate on trigonometry similar to a form of addiction to it. So , please give me some tips to recover from this addiction
Log in to reply
set a time table and act accordingly.set some daily goals for reading.ex.schedule 2 chapters for a day.if you achieved your goal successfully then gift yourself with an extra half an hour of video games. hope so this will help you to achieve your holiday goal

Well, If you have doubts regarding Maths/Physics, then it would be better if you make a note and post that to the community. I assure you that your every doubt will be solved, and in addition you may many different approaches/methods too if you post that as a note.

Sir I am studying in class 12th now.In 11th I studied in Sri Chaitanya Institute, Dwarka.But this institute was so bad.So I joined FIITJEE in class 12th and due to my good performance, they transferred me to their SANKALP batch.But due to this my full chapter of capacitance was skipped and I am facing very difficulties in physics.I managed to do other two subjects on my own and with some guidance of teachers.But I don't able to manage my physics.Sir please guide me.I am very thankful to you.
I am waiting for your reply, Sir.
Sir,can u refer me a book for organic chemistry??

@Abhimanyu Singh Go for the book Organic chemistry written by Jagdamba Singh. Try to get the older version.
Yup, I agree with Nishant Rai. "Jagdamba Singh" is a good book for organic chemistry.
Can i take a printout of questions on brilliant? I cant find any options
Log in to reply
There are no such options available. It would be better if you collect the good questions (which you want to get printed out) in a set and you can have a look at that set from time to time.
For eg. Create a set named as "My favorite Problems" and add all your favorite problems to this set to find all those at one place.
All the best!
sir, this year in class 11 i joined a coaching institute to prepare for JEE it felt as if all went well but it is not i am not able to build my concepts well specially in chemistry and some part of physics although i am doing math pretty well. i just do not have an aptitude for chemistry and have developed a disinterest regarding the subject. in my coaching they have taught 3-4 chapters of chemistry (i was not at all able grasp them ). now people there have done everything and i have not even started off.also i joined a few weeks later so i missed off the theory equation part in mathematics . i even have to cope it up.my school had also started and i had a lot of work is pending so i decided to go to school 3 days a week . now for some reason i was NOT able to do anything productive i sat for 6-8 hrs a day and at the end of the day it came out that i had done nothing .i just did math and math . i felt as if i could complete the physics and chemistry part later. its high time now and practically speaking i know nothing except math right now.that to excluding theory of equation . i am good at trigonometry and sequence and series that they have taught us right now . i feel that if this continues i would not be able to perform good in my school exams and not even at the competitive exams (JEE ,KVPY ..) what i think that i shall continue math and physics at this institute cause i am ENJOYING math a lot and don't want to miss it at the same time in chemistry lectures it feels as if why do i have to read this and i feel i am just reading it for cracking some exam. i am thinking that i shall continue math and physics in my coaching and go to school regularly to study chemistry on the SCHOOL LEVEL AND NOT THE COMPETITIVE LEVEL is it correct what shall i do?
Hello sir , please give me few steps to not be distracted by evils like television and concentrate on my academics

@Sriram Venkatesan
Get so much engaged in academics that you start loving it more than those evils. And ultimately you'll find that you're spending your maximum time with academics.
Extremely sorry for such a late reply. :(
Hello Sir ,
I am currently in class 10. I am a JEE aspirant and my goal is to get at least under 100 rank. But I just don't know where to start . I have 3 years left for my JEE exam . This year my main goal is clearing RMO . Can you pls advice me how to prepare for JEE along with my RMO preparations .
Thanking you In advance !!!
Log in to reply
@Anirudha Brahma
Learn the concepts from the depth to get the top rank in both RMO and JEE and practice as many problems as you can. For now, I will suggest not to think about JEE, instead completely focus on RMO that will help you retain your focus and give the best performance.

Thank you sir . Can you suggest me a book for Number Theory problem solving for RMO. Also I am not very good in writing elegant proofs. I would be glad if you could help me with that or atleast suggest a book for the same Thanking you in advance AGAIN
Hello Sir, I have just enrolled in a jee coaching in mathura( jk's)..I m in class 11th currently...i need to ask you that whether I should use brilliant or not in these 2 yrs. Of jee prep, because my institute's faculty are strictly telling not to use smartphones, pc, etc.but I love this intellectual community very much..I think it has also enhanced my logical skills very much in the past 40 days..so please suggest something sir..
Log in to reply
@Rishabh Tiwari
You can use Brilliant to brush up your problem-solving skills.
The teachers generally recommend not to use smartphones, PC to avoid their misuse and overuse. But you're a smart boy and I hope you won't do that. So you can use Brilliant as it will always guide you in the positive direction.

Sir, Pl. Help me to solve the Theorem of Maharashtra Board IX Std. Mathematics part-II with the help of New Edition 2017. If a pair of corresponding angles formed by a transversal of line 'n' and 'm' is congruent then prove the lines are parallel.....my contact No. 9890501661 - Mohan Deshmukh - Khopoli.
Do you have any idea why the discussions have been closed on countable derivative? I was going to add a concrete limit proof that shows the derivative does not exist.
I'm currently in 11th . college started around 4 months ago and I haven't touched my books since then..nearly 50 % of first semester is over.Is it still possible for me to have mastery over the old topics and come up to the level of below 100 AIR. If so how should I make a start and how much should I study per day.
