A black hole is defined by the escape velocity that would have to be attained to escape from the gravitational pull exerted upon an object. For example, the escape velocity of earth is equal to 11 km/s. Anything that wants to escape earth's gravitational pull must go at least 11 km/s, no matter what the thing is — a rocket ship or a baseball. The escape velocity of an object depends on how compact it is; that is, the ratio of its mass to radius. A black hole is an object so compact that, within a certain distance of it, even the speed of light is not fast enough to escape.
You probably have heard about Einstein's famous equation, E = mc2, which gives the energy associated with material of a given mass m. When material falls into black hole, a process called accretion, usually about 10% of the mc2 energy gets radiated away as the material approaches the black hole. The other 90% gets absorbed into the black hole and simply adds to its mass. In some cases, the material won't have a chance to radiate much energy and essentially all of the mass goes right into the black hole.

Black Hole was predicted the strangest mysterious thing I ever heard and now I am thinking again that it is only the closure of a space below the sun to the moon and including the perihelium and also the aphelium of the sun in the central of our space,yes?

The theory of general relativity predicts that a sufficiently compact mass can deform spacetime to form a black hole.
