For Math, try anything by R. S. Aggarwal.
For Physics, I especially love "Fundamentals of Physics" by Resnick, Halliday and Walker. "The Flying Circus of Physics" is amazingly fun to read, and it clarifies basic concepts as well.
For chemistry, I would suggest anything by J. D. Lee, and Viraf J. Dalal.

practise ncert......chem for iit jee is prepared best from it.........
Don't go for too many books in Physics. Following books, if mastered, are sufficient:
Concepts of Physics (Vol 1 and Vol 2) by Dr HC Verma. This is a classic book to master the concepts for which students are tested in JEE.
IIT JEE Physics (1978-2015:38 Years) Topic-wise Complete Solutions (Vol 1 and Vol 2) by Jitender Singh (myself) and Shraddhesh Chaturvedi. This book is aligned with Concepts of Physics and is available on Amazon Vol 1 and Vol 2
