Brilliant motive with a little glitch

You have been amazing brilliant.org! I just thought of reporting a minor problem I am facing. I solved and submitted a solution to 'Ball Crazy' 1 week , 1 day ago as of 27-12-2013. While I solved more than five problems after that, they are yet to be updated. The activity feed still has 'ball crazy' at the top, from which one can easily conclude that my activity is not being updated. I sent an email to Brilliant.org, and they are yet to send a reply. Anyone of you facing similar problems?

Brilliant.org is otherwise an outstanding resource for Mathematics and Physics.
