  Easy Math Editor

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Had you or Siddharth stayed, Hamza would've never made it to the top three.

...It hasn't been 4 months since the last one ended...@Yajat Shamji...are you for real?

You don't have to join! Your sleep is more important, remember?...

@Yajat Shamji Gosh, is that why you mentioned me...in the comment where you invite people to ask them if you want a second contest. Anyway, since you asked, my answer is...sure. I'm totally in for a Brilliathon 2, as long as I can get in with the time zone prblm.

Edit : I have read the note, and the 18 hour idea that Frisk gave is a good one. I would like to join :)

@A Former Brilliant Member ...in what other way could he have meant it while mentioning you?

Frisk Dreemurr - 7 months ago

@Frisk Dreemurr Am I the only sentient being with common sense in this universe...Why else would you mention someone in a comment where you ask something, other than if you want them to answer?!? He mentioned me, only to remind me that I don't have to join coz' I love my sleep...Jeez, people are so oblivious sometimes...

This comment Percy, I meant this comment

Guys, do you want BRILLIAthon 22?
