[Bug] : How to rate problems without being able to rate them.

Dear Brilliant.org staff;

I've recently remarked a bug in the "Share a Problem" section. For example, since my rating in Algebra is too low, I can't rate problems that I share in the algebra section. However, with this trick described in the diagram below, I can rate it (I've even tried it here).

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

That's because you actually have a rating in Calculus.
