Imaginary Numbers' Powers (for those just because)

Imaginary numbers are represented by ii. It may seem hard to calculate i243i^{243} at first glance because you know, 243 is a high number, so it would be natural to assume it would be hard, but it is actually simple! ii = 1\sqrt -1 . The first four powers of ii would be:

  • i0i^{0} = 1

  • ii = 1\sqrt -1 or ii

  • i2i^{2} = 1-1

  • i3i^{3} = i-i

This means that i243i^{243} would equal i-i.

(I know there are many people that know this, but why not?)
