Hi, my name is Augusta Saraiva and I'm 15 years old, but Brilliant has my age as 21. I sent three e-mails to them but I didn't recieve any answer. Can you solve this, please?

Hello!! i'm having the same problem and i have mailed brilliant for help but nothing happens plz help...!! because i have decided to go for new account so that i can get my DOB correct ,,,,so plz help....plz change my age from 25 to 18 i,e 14/01/1997 thank you in advance!
