Changing age

I emailed support@brilliant.org to change my age from 17 to 15, but i got completely ignored. Is there any other way I can get this done?

My correct age is 17 but my brilliant.org account wrongly shows it as 21. I sent emails to discussions@brilliant.org and support@brilliant.org but got ignored. Please help.
