Chemistry Trivia 1

It has been more than a year since i joined Brilliant.org but couldn't post much because of the competitive exam preparation in India(JEE). So these are some chemistry problems that people could ponder about and these have applications in many fields of engineering and science. 1) Can H bonds exist in Gases and if so give an example? 2) Which is the most stable carbocation and why is it so? 3) Why is ammonia more basic than phosphine?
