Criteria of leaderboard!

I think that the criteria for the leaderboard should be changed.!!! Every week i workout very hard and do almost all the questions ...but leader board is always filled with those who have lot of points.I didn't have many because i signed up so late on brilliant. There should be some other criteria so that everyone can get a chance for leaderboard.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.

Yeah, like the least time taken for the user to solve all 4 questions after pressing the "Start Weekly Challenge".

Do you really know the criteria for the leaderboard? You signed up in 2012, and I did it in 2013, but I have appeared twice (or probably more) in the leaderboard, so there's no reason for late sign up.

yeah...i too appear but i can't figure out how they are ranking people....because sometimes I complete the problems on the first day itself....hmm but I don't get my name in the ranking...and earlier it would be top 50 but now there's top 20....wait....I used to get in the top 20(just in my defense)...

Where do I access the leaderboard?

Star Light - 7 years, 6 months ago

I think the person's name should be on top and then the others.
