Day 6 @ Vijyoshi Camp 2014

Since we had to checkout today, we played Mafia whole night till 5 AM. After this, we enjoyed a sleep of 2 hours.

This day was full of fun and adventure. We had train at 5 PM in evening and we were dropped at 10 AM at the railway station by volunteers.

So we had our lunch at KFC and then moved to Victoria Memorial using prepaid taxi. As usual, they tried to troll us for extracting as much money as they can. They forgot Google Maps can show navigation and distance. Spent there lot of time. Enjoyed.

Unfortunately, we were in radius of 3-4 kms from Eden Gardens but still didnt went to see the Rohit Sharma's historical knock against Sri Lanka as we had to board the train. I wish we had train a day later.

Luckily, our group was in same compartment. Talked all day long. Studied and discussion was also there. (After all we had KVPY All India Rank 1 Bhavya Choudhary with us in our group.)

Thats all about this wonderful trip. Looking ahead for more like this.

This discussion board is a place to discuss our Daily Challenges and the math and science related to those challenges. Explanations are more than just a solution — they should explain the steps and thinking strategies that you used to obtain the solution. Comments should further the discussion of math and science.

When posting on Brilliant:

  • Use the emojis to react to an explanation, whether you're congratulating a job well done , or just really confused .
  • Ask specific questions about the challenge or the steps in somebody's explanation. Well-posed questions can add a lot to the discussion, but posting "I don't understand!" doesn't help anyone.
  • Try to contribute something new to the discussion, whether it is an extension, generalization or other idea related to the challenge.
  • Stay on topic — we're all here to learn more about math and science, not to hear about your favorite get-rich-quick scheme or current world events.
