When a natural disaster(earthquake, tsunami, etc.)happens, many areas may not get adequate help.I just had an idea and would like to ask for everyone's opinion on this,is it possible to use ICBM rockets to deliver aid, like medical supplies?Nowadays, with GPS,the accuracy of ICBMs is very high, with a CEP(circular error probable-the radius of a circle in which 50% of shots will land)as low as ~100m.The ICBMs could carry about a ton of medical supplies in a reentry vehicle, which could use GPS and thrusters to guide itself to the landing site, but under a parachute so it wouldn't be moving too fast.

Wow, using a Weapon of Mass Destruction for helping people, you certainly would get the noble prize for peace. I dont know much about ICBMs but your idea seems cool.

Technically,it's not the ICBM that is a weapon of mass destruction, the nuclear warhead is the weapon.
