Discuss UPS Routing Problem

Since a lot more people have tried and viewed the UPS Routing Problem than have posted a solution, I thought it might be nice to have a place for people to discuss their progress, current optimum routes, and algorithms.

Feel free to discuss the problem here however you want (although it would be good to do more than just state the correct answer!).

Obviously, if you want to try to solve it on your own, you should stop reading now.
