Emailing Support

Nov. 27th I sent an email to support with a specific question. After waiting a week I resent the question on dec. 5th. I'm still waiting for a reply today.

My first question therefore is: What is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a reply from support?

My second question is: What should I do to get a reply to metioned email?
