Two Strangers enter a pub.Yhe publican asks them what they would like.First man says "I'll hava a bottle of stout",and puts $2 down on counter.
Publican:"Guinness at $2 or Jubilee at $1.50?" First man:"Jubilee".
Second man says "I'll hava a bottle of stout,"and puts $2 on the counter,without asking him, the publican gives him Guinness.The second man is not a regular customer,nor did he give any indication as to what he wanted.

He put out coins rather than just bills, like one dollar bill and four quarters. The publican knows if the second man had wanted a Jubilee, he would have just left two quarters off and given exact change. Then he must have wanted Guinness.
