Help!

If someone reports My problem and I want to make his doubt clear then what to do. Is there any way to connect with him and make his doubt clear??

I find this to be a big problem in Brilliant. It's difficult to get in direct contact with the users here.

We are working on making the dispute process much clearer, and enabling back and forth communication to help clear up the issues.
