Help Me! (for the 2nd time)

Here's a math problem. Please help me to solve it -

Lengths of two sides of a prism with a pentagonal base are 6 cm and 8 cm and the length of each of the other three sides is 10 cm, the height of the prism is 12.5 cm. What is the total area of the surfaces and the volume of the prism?
