Help needed: Electricity and Magnetism

Greetings from me, to my fellow Brilliant users. Without any further complications, does anyone have a reference to a good Electricity and Magnetism? Problem solving skills is the topic preffered, while some additional concepts are enjoyable, too. I am looking for probably books, up to the International Olympiad problems, but maybe some beginner and intermediate references are also helpful. Cheers.
