Why Cu2+Cu^{2+} is most stable,though Cu+Cu^{+} has a fullfilled dd-orbital.

In this case hydration enthalpy comes into picture,since we are taking about aqueous solutions Cu2+Cu^{2+} has higher hydration enthalpy than Cu+Cu^{+} because of its small size and higher charge.

In aqueous solution, Cu+{ Cu }^{ + } disintegrates into Cu2+{ Cu }^{ 2+ } and Cu. Well , I hope you may have asked the question after coming across this phenomenon, isn't it @Souryajit Roy ?
