Help: Triangle

For triangle \(ABC\), \(P\) is on \(AB\) such that \(AP:PB=1:1\). Point \(Q\) is on \(BC\) such that \(BQ:QC=1:2\). Point \(R\) is on \(AC\) such that \(AR:RC=1:3\). If \(CP\) and \(QR\) intersect at \(X\), find the value of \(QX:XR\).

Thank you so much mate. It will take me long to get this as I still would be going to study about vectors.

A friend of mine sent these questions. He said he got it from a qualifying round contest. It has also piqued my interest, even though I'm having trouble answering most of it.
