How can I reduce the level of algebra?

I emailed Brilliant support around 5 days ago asking them to reduce my GnC level by one, but stil haven't recieved any reply. :/

Calvin, if you see this, could you please reduce me from Level 5 to 4 in Geometry and Combinatorics? I'm not comfortable with the difficulty level in 5. Thanks. :)
