How can we use Brilliant to learn new concepts?

I am new to Brilliant. Brilliant is an amazing website to do problems from. However sometimes, a question has jargon/concepts that I have not learnt (although its rating/level might be lower than my rating/level). Is there a way to learn new concepts effectively through Brilliant?
