How many squares does this diagonal intersect?

A diagonal of a rectangle made up of 6 squares (3x2) intersect 4 of its square.

How many squares does a diagonal of rectangle P (probably 192x108, if i remember correctly ) intersect?

I got this question in a test, anyone know how to calculate this?
