I tried to do so exactly following the steps said by you in your previous comment, but only to discover that the pointer becomes a mere red circle(I don't know the exact term). I cannot alter that information. Can the admin. help me out directing me to some link ?

Can you elaborate a little bit? Because that shouldn't happen. I have personally changed my school on my profile. So I'm trying to make sense of what happened to you.

@Mursalin Habib – Except for that every other information that I entered while signing up is alterable. On hovering the cursor over that field, it turns a red circle with a slanted red diameter like $\oslash$ except for the slash turned 90 degrees left. The field background is grey.

@Nishant Sharma – Nah, can't help you with that. I think you should send an email to support@brilliant.org and tell them about your problem. It'll be better if you send them a screenshot of what you're seeing.

@Nishant Sharma – Print Screen should save the screen shot to your clipboard. You can then copy and paste, or save the image.
